To create a skin rejuvenating body scrub place a handful or two of salts in a small bowl or container and lightly cover with your choice of carrier oil (eg. grapeseed, apricot kernel or sweet almond oil). Dampen your skin standing in the shower or bath before bathing and massage gently into skin. Wash off to reveal smooth, fresh skin.
